Thank you

I started this blog three months ago.

This blog aims to create consciousness that in a changing context one has to connect and to act.

My goals were and are not very ambitious.

I see a remarkable growth in the number of visitors (aiming at 800 visitors in a month, it is now already 1.500 visitors).

And I hope that reading a blog or seeing a photographs enables you to connect and to act.

And I hope that the work of John Mann inspires you how you can connect .

Again, thank you!!

Are you an experienced buyer? or just addicted??

Largest challenge that traditional advertising industry will have

That URL that is just darn cool!

And, it points out the largest challenge that traditional advertising industry will have in the future. In a world where the consumer can completely control all of the information they want to see, traditional advertising just doesn’t work.

In the demo below, I don’t think people would wait to have an ad played before they got the information they were look for.

However, when they needed information, then it’s going to be a great place for a brand to speak to the consumer.

It won’t be about the big screen any more, it’ll be about the personal screen.

Three Decades Later: did knowledge work essentially change?.

Artist: C Eeftinck Schattenkerk www.schattenkerk.nl

In the seventies the applications and data sources may have been different than today, but that 30 year old collaboration pattern still exists.

It’s incredibly wasteful because it unnecessarily repeats and creates work that could be automated.

Most knowledge workers still employ spreadsheets and text documents as the primary medium for making information actionable, sharing and collaborating.

This post on a Three Decades Later. Revolt Or Die. | MindTouch, Inc Blog gives a – commercially biased brief history.

Nice to reflect and need to act accordingly.

Always curious how these results are established. And what 2014 will tell about surviving business models

Anyway, only time will tell!
