Andrew McAfee explains what every executive should know before investing in today’s technology

In Andrew McAfee’s new book Enterprise 2.0: New Collaborative Tools for Your Organization’s Toughest Challenges, he explains that when he first coined the phrase “Enterprise 2.0,” it was “to describe how [Web 2.0] technologies could be used on an organizations intranets and extranets, and to convey the impact thy would have on business.”
But even though most executives have heard his buzzword, many feel overwhelmed when it comes to implementing their own 2.0 strategies. Here, McAfee, a fellow at Harvard’s Berkman Center for Internet and Society, tells Profit Online readers how to get started.
